A Soliloquy for the Deceased

The sole reason behind this excerpt is my queer state of solidarity for the JAWANS and SOLDIERS of our country who have lost their lives rather donated it selflessly. Especially dedicated to the victims of Uttarkhand utopia and the rescue teams which have suffered harsh deaths and saved lives in return.

Feeling dismantled and debilitated
Bereavement and futile solidarity
Now the dress code looks despicable
Bloodstained and scornful obscenity
Why this discriminatory chastisement?
A Malevolent creation of catastrophe
The respect of the badge is lost
It has disappeared with the mortal
Many lives lost,they being one
The count reciprocated each day
Hideous and reproachful act of valor
The men in power were coward
As the right to call a father
The right to owe a kiss
A kiss to one husband
Soon started to disappear
That uniform is irreplaceable
But it soon died with the mortal
Can wealth be a replacement?
A consolation for the ones
Whose blood have been robbed
Abhor these heartless men in power
For they will never decipher
The voice of the deprived
Seeking for their dear ones
Everyone is taken aback
A methodical reminiscence
And then it's all over
Traded lives in exchange of lives
Kids ostracized for all wrong reasons
Promised to call mother in the evening
The call which never came
That voice was never heard again
And they tried to buy happiness
With filthy wealth
